Who Can Legally Inject Botox in Arizona, and What It Costs

Who may legally inject Botox in Arizona
Arizona treats botulinum toxin injection as a medical aesthetic procedure. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants may order and administer it where it falls inside their practice agreement, and a registered nurse may perform the injection under the supervision of a licensed prescriber.
