Where to Get Daxxify, and the Question to Ask About Duration

Daxxify is the newest-generation product most people have heard of and the one most likely to be described to you in terms its own label does not support. Finding it is easy. Knowing what to ask is the harder part.
1. Ask what they base the duration claim on
Daxxify is marketed on lasting longer than the alternatives. Its prescribing information states no duration of effect at all.
That is not a technicality. Its trials followed subjects for at least 24 weeks and discontinued them when both investigator and subject scores returned to baseline, which is a longer follow-up than any of the other five ran, and it still produced no labelled duration. The six-month figure you will be quoted is Revance's reading of its own follow-up data, which is a fair thing to cite as long as nobody calls it the label.
So the question for the clinic is not "how long does it last". It is "is that from the label or from the manufacturer". A provider who knows the difference is telling you something useful about the rest of their practice. Our comparison of what all six labels say about duration sets out the whole picture.
2. Frown lines only
Daxxify is approved for glabellar frown lines and nothing else. Not forehead lines, not crow's feet, not the neck.
That matters when you are booking, because a full upper-face treatment with Daxxify is partly off-label by definition. That is legal and common, and you should be told rather than left to assume. 3. Storage, stocking and what it costs
Unopened Daxxify vials can be kept at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius, or refrigerated between 2 and 8, in the original carton to protect from light. That flexibility makes it straightforward for a clinic to carry, so availability is more about commercial relationships than logistics.
Two practical notes. Daxxify is generally priced above the older products per treatment, and unlike Allergan, Galderma, Merz and Evolus, Revance runs no named patient loyalty programme that we could find on its own site, only a sign-up for offers. So the per-treatment saving available on other brands is not part of the comparison here.
4. The checks that apply to any brand

5. The one thing Daxxify has that nothing else does
Every other approved product in the class contains Albumin (Human), a protein derived from human blood plasma, as a stabiliser. Daxxify does not. It uses a peptide instead, and it is the only one of the six formulated that way.
For most people that is a piece of trivia. For some it is the deciding factor: if you avoid human blood-derived products on religious grounds, or because of a personal position on donated plasma, this is the product that does not contain one, and almost nobody raises it at consultation. Worth being precise about what this does and does not mean. It is a formulation difference, not a safety claim. Human albumin in these products has a long record and no clinical problem attaches to it. This matters if it matters to you, and not otherwise.
