Where to Get Jeuveau, and How to Check the Vial Before It Is Mixed

Jeuveau is a prescription medicine, so the real question behind "where can I get it" is not which shop sells it. It is who is legally allowed to inject it in your state, and how do you confirm that the vial in the room is what the label describes.
Both are checkable in a few minutes, and this page shows you how. We do not publish which clinics stock which brand, because we hold no distribution data and will not guess at it.
The two checks worth doing. First, verify the injector's licence yourself: every state has a free public lookup and it takes about two minutes. Second, ask to see the vial before it is mixed. Genuine Jeuveau is a 100 Unit single-dose vial, NDC 72301-595-10, stored refrigerated between 2 and 8 degrees C in its original carton.
Who carries Jeuveau, and why it varies
Jeuveau is made by Evolus and sold to licensed practices, so it turns up in medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices and some dentists' and physicians' offices, depending on state rules. It is not sold to the public and there is no legitimate route to buying it yourself.
Which clinics stock it is a commercial matter that changes constantly, and it is not published anywhere reliable. Clinics carry the brands they have accounts with, and many carry two or three. We do not list which clinic holds which brand, because we would be guessing and you would be relying on it.
What you can do is ask directly when you call, which is the first item on the checklist at the end of this page. If a clinic does not carry Jeuveau it will usually offer an alternative, and whether that alternative suits you is a real question rather than a formality, because Jeuveau's approval covers one facial area and the others differ.
Who is legally allowed to inject it
This is set by state law, not by the manufacturer, and it varies more than most people expect. Depending on where you are, injectors may include physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and registered nurses, usually with some form of physician supervision or delegation, and the supervision rules differ substantially between states.
The practical point is not the job title. It is whether the person in front of you holds a current licence that permits it, and whether the supervising physician actually exists. Both are matters of public record in every state.

How to confirm the vial is genuine Jeuveau
Counterfeit and unapproved botulinum toxin is a real problem, and it is the one risk on this page that can put you in hospital. The FDA has issued public warnings about unapproved and counterfeit botulinum toxin products being administered in non-medical settings.

Ask to see the vial and its lot number before it is reconstituted. A legitimate clinic will show you without hesitation; many do it as routine. If the product is already drawn up in a syringe when you arrive, you cannot verify anything, and you are relying entirely on trust.
Two things that should stop you: a vial with foreign-language labelling that does not carry a US NDC number, and any product offered in a home, a hotel room, a salon or at a "party". Checking credentials yourself, in two minutes
- Get the full name and credential of the person who will inject you, not the clinic name. "Our nurse injector" is not a name.
- Look them up in the state licence database. Every state publishes one free. Check the licence is current, in the right profession, and unrestricted.
- Check the supervising physician if your state requires one. Ask who it is and look them up too. In some states this person must be reachable or on site.
- Look for disciplinary actions. Most state boards publish these alongside the licence record.

Red flags worth walking away from
- The product is already in a syringe when you arrive. You cannot verify what it is or when it was mixed.
- The setting is not a clinical one. Homes, hotels, salons and parties are where the counterfeit warnings have concentrated.
- Nobody will name the injector or the supervising physician.
- A price far below the local range. Neurotoxin has a real wholesale cost; a rate well under everyone else usually means dilution, an unapproved product, or a first-visit rate that resets later. Our price guide covers how those offers are structured.

- Do you carry Jeuveau? If not, which brands, and why would you recommend one for my area?
- Who will inject me, and what is their credential? Get a name.
- Can I see the vial and lot number before it is mixed?
- What is the total price for my area, not the per-unit rate? Units are not comparable between brands, so a per-unit price tells you very little.
- Is the area I want inside Jeuveau's approval? Only the glabellar lines are.
- What happens if I am not happy at four weeks? Day 30 is when the trials measured, and it is the fair point to judge.
